The Intake tab has a list of around 200 True/False questions broken into categories including early History, Medication and Drug Effects and Safety Issues and then various areas of concern such as Sleep Concerns, Pain Concerns and Depression/Mood Concerns.
Rather than simply give this checklist to the client/client’s parents to check off, it is better to work with them, asking about each item and discussing items that seem relevant. Doing a good intake is important to understand the client, become aware of important matters that could affect your selection of protocols, establish rapport and create the right protocols.
You will notice that when you check an item, protocol recommendations with a brief explanation about the recommendation will appear.
FYI: When you have finished the intake, you can check “Only Show Checked Items”. This may take a few seconds, but the list of relevant items will be much easier to review.
