To start using the RTS system, watch this video to set up your Google profile. Next watch this video to prepare Google Sheets to run the RTS program. You will only need to do this once. 


Or read and complete the  following tasks. You will only need to do this once.


Step 1: In order to use the RTS system, you must use the Chrome browser on your computer. If you do not already have Chrome on your computer, install it from here

Step 2a: If you are installing Chrome browser for the first time, after installation is complete, click on “Sign in”



Step 2b: If you already had Chrome browser installed, click on “Add another account”


Step 3: Sign in with your RTS Google account. 


Step 4: You will get a new window asking you to create a user profile for your RTS. Name it “RTS” or “Results Tracking System” and color it any choice. May we suggest using orange so you recognize that color as the RTS profile.  Note: Choosing orange isn’t required. Also, you don’t have to select Sync this profile.



Step 5: Click on the browser HOME button and your Google Sheet RTS dashboard will open. Go to Extensions and Select “Enable this Add-On”


Step 6: You’re done!  


Anytime you want to get to your RTS clients, open Chrome, select your RTS profile (if not already selected) and your actual Google Sheet RTS dashboard will open. 


Please note: we occasionally update the system and your RTS dashboard URL changes, but you do not need to worry about that. By clicking on the “Home” icon, you will always get the latest version!
