Go to the Extensions menu and select Results Tracking System>Create a New Client. A dialog box will open where you enter the new client’s initials or any other identifier, year of birth and gender. Do not enter the client’s name. Note that “NB” means non-binary. In a few seconds, a new client file will open to the Patient Info tab. The new client fill will also appear in the list on the Clients tab.
Note: By default, the list of clients is set to just show Active clients. If you don’t see a particular client, try changing the filter to show All clients.
