Using the Clients tab

The Clients tab displays all of your clients including their initials, age and gender, treatment status, average change, number of sessions and the Efficacy Score. It also shows a thumbnail version of each client’s chart. It serves as an index to your clients, a quick overview of how they are doing and the tab where you select a client whose file you want to open.

To open a client’s file, select any cell in that client’s row and then go to the Extensions menu and choose “Load client selected on the ‘Clients’ tab”. Note that as you start to build a long list of clients, you can use the dropdown option to filter clients by treatment status. For users of an earlier version of the RTS, the Clients tab is similar to the Therapist Dashboard.

Most of the information here is self explanatory. The one new item is the Efficacy Score. This score is a calculation of the percentage change by the number of sessions. It is intended to provide a measure of progress across clients, regardless of their presenting concerns.
