Change a treatment status from active to discontinued

Load the therapists clients to your Dashboard
Load the client in question
From the upper left corner of the Patient Info tab, change the Treatment Status in cell A2. There are two types of discontinued base on why they discontinued. Chose the one you want.
Remember to save the changes to the database.
