All client data, including patient info and all sessions data is stored in the main SQL database. Each time you load a client, data is pulled back to your Google sheet. That's why it is important to save changes (push data back to the database) each time you make any changes to the data visible on your Google sheet.
We recommend you to save data after every session.
To save data from Google sheet to the main database, all you need to do is to select: Extensions>Results tracking system>Save changes to database from the main menu.
