I added concerns and these are not showing in the sessions tab

To save changes to concerns, you must select Add concerns to Sessions tab from the Extension menu.

Changes to Concerns&Protocols tab are the only exception to other client data, that is not saved with the standard "Save changes to database" action. The reason is that consequence of adding or updating the concerns is the change in the layout of the Sessions page, and it must be handled differently.
