Selecting the HOME button takes me to some other page, not my RTS

It is possible that your agency is already using Google workspace and that your company admins have changed the Chrome's default home page to their custom URL.

If this is the case, do the following:

1. Login with your RTS account

2. Open any Google sheet (even a new one at https://sheets.new),

3. select RTS from the extension menu ( Extensions>Results Tracking System)

4. enable the extension by selecting "Enable this Add-on"

5. select Extension>RTS>Go to The Most Recent Version of RTS"
